Prince Baskettail Epitheca princeps

Does not seem to belong with the other baskets. An impressive dragon however. The wing markings and the flight and size are enough to define this animal in the air most times. Loves to track over pond edges and over open areas adjacent to water. Flies from eye level to high up with that elongate form. Can swarm. Flits and glides, flits and glides in flight. Wing pattern can be mistaken for some of the skimmers but no skimmer flies quite like this and none look as long and slim as the Prince. Also note this Baskettail perches dangling whereas the other Baskettails tend to cock themselves at a 30 or 40 degree down angle.
